About Kivonah

Creative capability. Systems thinking. Church experience.

Kivonah helps churches look better out front, work better behind the scenes and serve people better through connected information.

Built from real ministry

We know the pressure of Sunday arriving every week.

Kivonah was founded by Mark Paul, a South African ministry leader with experience across church leadership, communication, worship, systems and technology.

That background shapes everything we create. We have seen what happens when a website does not sound like the church it represents, when a platform is chosen without considering the volunteers who must use it, and when information disappears between a form and a follow-up.

The name Kivonah is shaped by two connected Hebrew ideas: kivun, meaning direction or orientation, and kavanah, meaning intention — the purpose and attention brought to meaningful action. Together they express how we work: helping churches move forward with clear digital direction that stays anchored to ministry purpose.

Kivonah brings creative services, practical systems support and a connected product in Kivonah Pulse together under one church-first partner. Start with the part you need now. We can connect more of the picture as your church is ready.
